• 2 large egg whites
• 1/2 cup superfine sugar
• 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
• 3 cups fresh cranberry
• 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, (from about 2 oranges)
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup 35% cream
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
