- 1 cup of homemade beef or chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups of Oat Flour and
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots (Topping)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
