• ½ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• ½ cup + 1 tbsp boiling water
• 2 ½ cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 700 g semisweet chocolate (melted and cooled)
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 ½ cups mini white marshmallows
