• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup margarine, melted
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups fine dry breadcrumbs, toasted
• 1 cup ketchup
