• 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 large avocado, cut into cubes
• 2 ears of corn
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 jicama
• 1 cucumber
• 1/2 can black beans
