- 1heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
- 1TBSP of olive oil
- 1onion, sliced thinly
- 1cup of Tomato Bliss Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
- 11/2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1/2cup of basil, chopped finely
- 1/2cup of dill, chopped finely
- 2TBSP of lemon juice
- 2TBSP of mayonnaise
- 1cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- chives, finely chopped, for garnish
