Marinade for Beef, Pork or Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/4 c Honey
• 1 Garlic minced
• 1 1/2 lb Flank steak or other meat
• 3/4 c Vegetable oil
• 3 tb Brown sugar
• 2 tb Red wine vinegar
• 1 Green onion chopped
• 1/4 c Soy sauce
• 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
