• 1 cup boiled and stripped chicken boneless
• 1 cup red capsicum
• 1 cup green capsicum
• 1 cup yellow capsicum
• 1/2 cup spring onions
• 1/2 cup boiled green peas
• 2 eggs cooked like omelete and sliced thinly
• SPICES
• 1tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp ajinomoto
• 2tbsp soya sauce
• 2 tbsp vineger
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 1/2 tbsp red pepper
• 1 tbsp jeera powder
• 3tbsp oil
