Ingredients
- 50ml Irish gin (try Drumshanbo Gunpowder, Dingle or Method and Madness)
- ½ tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- 3–4 ice cubes
- 100ml Club Orange soda
- orange wedge, to garnish
