• 1 cup white whole-wheat flour
• 1/3 cup baking cocoa
• 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup dark chocolate morsels, divided
• 1/4 cup canola oiil
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar or Splenda
• 2 large egg whites (see leftover uses for egg whites/egg yolks )
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
