Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
• 1 15-ounce can refried beans
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small can sweet corn, drained
• 1lb ground beef (85% lean)
• 1 12-ounce can of red enchilada sauce, divided
• 1 16-ounce bag frozen taco-flavored tater tots
• 1 4-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1 4-ounce can diced green chilies (do not drain)
