Stolen from a friend. It turned out delicious.I’ve also done this with gorgonzola cheese, as well, and it’s quite delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Quiche/Tart/Pie Shell
- 2 - 3 lbs Onions
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Goat Cheese or Feta
- 1 tbsp Thyme (Fresh)
