Hobo Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 can (15 oz) of mixed vegetables without liquor
• One 10 ½ ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
• 3 Medium potatoes sliced
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any other cheese that you prefer)
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 teaspoon garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon onion diced
• ½ Milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
