Ingredients

• 8 lamb loin chops
• 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp runny honey
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1½ tbsp dry sherry
• ½ tsp chinese five-spice powder
• 350 g green beans, trimmed
• 4-6 small radishes, finely sliced or quartered
• 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
• 2 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
• 1 handful flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
• 1 small bunch of chives, snipped
