• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper, finely ground
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
