- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup or regular lime juice fresh key lime juice
- 3 lightly beaten egg yolks
- 2 zest finely grated (or 1 regular lime) key limes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- cut into curls, for garnish milk chocolate
