Walnut-topped Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 75g of Soft Butter , plus extra for greasing
- 4 Ripe Bananas , peeled and mashed up
- 200g/1 Cup of Soft Brown Sugar
- 50g Chopped Walnuts (25g in mix, 25g for topping)
- 25g of Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Egg , beaten
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda/Baking Soda
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 170g of Flour
