• 1 yellow onion, chopped

• 6 slices bacon, chopped
• 4 green onions, chopped (white/light green parts separated from darker green parts)
• 1 ½ - 2 cups potatoes, chopped
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 1 carton broth (4 cups)
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 package Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
