Ingredients

• Freshly ground Gelson’s black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup refried beans, warmed
• 1 cup Gelson’s mild salsa
• 1 recipe Neapolitan-style pizza dough
• Bread flour, for dusting the work surface
• Semolina flour, for dusting the peel
• 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 ¼ cups freshly grated Gelson’s sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
• Doritos Nacho Cheese chips, broken into bite-size pieces
• Mild red taco sauce, for garnish
• Crema, for garnish
