- 1/2 cup sour cream (Greek yogurt fine as well)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp mayonnnaise
- 2 oz gorgonzola, maytag or rocquefort blue cheese (crumbled)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice (squeezed from 1/2 of a lemon)
- 1 small squirt of sriracha (optional)
