Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 2 cups flour
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 stick margarine
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 6 graham crackers, crushed
• 12 apples, cored, peeled and cut into slices
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
