• 1/3 cup onion, chopped fine
• 2 tablespoons condensed milk
• 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
• 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
• enough oil to come up 1 inch in a fry pan
• 24 waffle cut sweet potato slices, thawed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 16 ounces can jellied cranberry sauce
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1 cup chili sauce
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 6 Potato rolls
• Cranberry sauce
• 24 sweet potato crisps
• 6 slices of onion
• 12 loose leaf red lettuce leaves
