Lucky Charms Marshmallows - Pankobunny

Ingredients

• 2 ½ tsp powdered gelatin
• 1/3 cup cold water
• 1 cup sugar
• ¼ cup cold water
• seeds from 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• red (pink, orange, yellow, blue food coloring (you can also use green food coloring, but I just mixed yellow and blue together))
• ¼ cup corn starch
• ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
