Quick Turkey Chili

Ingredients

• 1/3 pound turkey
• 1/2 cup onion chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 15 ounce tomatoes diced, can
• 15 ounce kidney beans drained, can
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup beer
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
