Easy Patriotic Popcorn - Red, White, and Blue Popcorn Mix

Ingredients

• 24 c popped popcorn
• 4 cups granulated sugar
• 1½ cups half & half (can use whole milk or 2% but will not be as rich)

• 4 Tablespoons light corn syrup
