• 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 2 large Eggs, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Apple Cider
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, tightly packed
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon Salt
• 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1 tablespoon Milk, additional tablespoons if needed
