• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 sweet yellow onion, chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 2 teaspoons garlic granules
• 2 teaspoons paprika
