Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 + 1/3 cups bread flour (I used whole wheat)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
