Ingredients

• 3 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour, leveled, plus more for surface
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup turbinado sugar
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut up
• 1 cup large unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar (for tops of cookies)
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam (or any flavor you prefer)
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
