Ingredients: 1) Wash and cut 1/2kg of chicken fillet into sizes big enough to fit into buns.; 2) Make a mixture of 5 cloves of grated garlic or 2 tablespoon of crushed garlic and 30g melted garlic butter.; 3) Smear onto fillets and leave to marinate for a few hours.; 4) Just before cooking fillets,make sure you have toasted buns ready,miracle whip,shredded lettuce and any other topping you like for your burger.; 5) Melt butter and oil in a frying pan,make sure you have a good amount.; Sprinkle mochacho lemon and herb spice generously on one side and flip and sprinkle on the other side.
