Windmill Cookies ? Recipe
I always have so much fun making the Dutch windmill cookies with my daughter. The cookies are thin and crunchy treats stamped with Holliday cookie stamps.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top
