Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, at room temperature
• 1 package (500 g) icing sugar, sifted
• 1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped toasted pecans
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) bourbon
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) chopped semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
• 18 pecan halves
