• 10-15 chicken wings
• Coriander root
• 10-15 black peppercorns
• 1-2 potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1-2 carrots, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1-2 onions, peeled and diced
• 6 large tomatoes, diced (choose the hard ones so they won’t fall apart when cooked)
• Coriander
• 1-2 tablespoons fish sauce
