- 1 (60 g) egg
- a splash (4 g) of vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp (11 g) Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp (8 g) flour
- dash of salt (optional)
- a pinch of espresso powder (optional)
