Ingredients
- 1.2Kg beef – I used a silverside but get whatever is cheapest or convenient
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Baguettes or your bread of choice
- Gravy or peppered sauce, you’ll have enough juices in the foil to make this from scratch
