Irresistible Easy Grilled Steak Salad with Gorgonzola - Yummy Gusto

Ingredients

• 1 New York Strip Steak, about 1.5 inches thick with some marbling
• A drizzle of olive oil
• Coarse kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
• 2 whole fresh corn cobs, husks kept on (can be yellow, white, or both)
• 2 cups of kale leaves, chopped and stems removed
• 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes, split in half
• 1/4 cup of gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
• 2 tablespoons of ready-made pesto sauce
