- Cooking oil spray
- Lemon wedges and fresh coriander sprigs, to garnish (optional)
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 1⁄2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 2 tblsps sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tblsps chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
