• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup milk
• Oil for frying
• 1 & 3/4 cups powdered sugar
• 3/4 cups caramel sauce
• 2 tbsp milk
