Tomithy was SUPER EXCITED that we were able to find a decent deal on lamb chops at the store the other day. I on the other hand….not so much.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Lamb Chops
- 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tb. Thyme
- 1 Tb. Rosemary
- 1 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 2 Tb. Lemon Juice and Zest
- 1/2 C Chicken Stock
- 2 Tb. Butter (softened)
