- 500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose unbleached flour
- 10ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) maple taffy
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) softened butter
- 1 egg
- 5 ml (1 teaspoons) vanilla
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple sugar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) cinnamon
- 1 pack of 250 g (8,8 oz) soft cream cheese
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple butter
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) cranberry jam
