Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 mL) Milk
• 1 cup (250 mL) 35 % whipping cream
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) short-grain rice (Arborio or Italian-style)
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) brown sugar packed
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) raisins (optional)
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
