• 1/2 cup room temperature butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter (not natural, or crunchy)
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
