Minty Fruit Salad recipe by Zaakirah

Ingredients

• 1 pineapple cut into chunky cubes
• 1 & ½ punnet of strawberries cut lengthwise into four
• 6 Kiwi quartered and cut into chunky pieces
• 3 Naartjies, cut segments into halve and deseed if it has seeds.
• 3 clementines, cut segments into half
• 4 bananas cut into thick slices & mix in a little lemon juice to prevent them blackening
• Handful of mint leaves
