- 1 pineapple cut into chunky cubes
- 1 & ½ punnet of strawberries cut lengthwise into four
- 6 Kiwi quartered and cut into chunky pieces
- 3 Naartjies, cut segments into halve and deseed if it has seeds.
- 3 clementines, cut segments into half
- 4 bananas cut into thick slices & mix in a little lemon juice to prevent them blackening
- Handful of mint leaves
