- 1 ts Apple balsamico mustard
- 300 g cantaloupe
- 200 g slicing cucumber
- 1 handful of ruccola
- 35 g fresh, soft, domestic goat cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- a little chili
- 0.5 clove(s) garlic
