• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• 8 slices cooked lasagna noodles ((whole wheat))
• 6 slices cooked center cut bacon
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1/2 cup diced tomato
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• salt and pepper (a pinch)
• 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese
• 1.5 cups reduced-fat tomato pasta sauce
