- 12 oz. of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 C of BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 C of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, chopped and divided
- 1 corn cob (or 1 C of corn)
- 1/2 t of black pepper
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
