Ingredients
- I like to use...
- Spinach leaves
- Watercress
- Rocket leaves (although any salad leaves will do)
- Pepper (colour of your choice)
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Mango/pineapple (or both!)
- Prawns (subsitute with other meats/fish)
- For dressing: (for 1-2 people)
- 3tbsp greek youghurt
- 1tbsp mango chutney
- 1tsp mild curry paste
