Cajun Smashburgers – Blackstone Products

Ingredients

• 6 beef patties (smash style, ~3 oz each)
• 6 slices American cheese
• 3 buns
• Smoked sausage
• Gator pickles (or any spicy pickles)
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp sweet relish
• 1 tsp Blackstone Cajun seasoning (or Cajun seasoning of choice)
• 1 tsp Whiskey Burger seasoning (optional)
• Sautéed onions, bell peppers, and celery (the Cajun “Holy Trinity”)
