White Bean Soup – Instant pot ver.

Ingredients

• 3 Cups Red Lentils
• 1/2 Cup Pearled barley
• 7.5 Cups Water
• 3 Cups Vege broth
• 1.5 Onion (Chopped)
• 3 Carrots (Chopped)
• 3 Stalks Celery (Chopped)
• 2 Cans Sweet corn (Drained)
• 2 Cans White Beans (Rinsed)
• 1.5 Tsp Celery seed
• 3 Tbs Parsley Flakes
• 3 Tsp Basil
• 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 Tsp Black pepper
• 3 Bay leaves
• 1 Tbs Bragg's Aminos (Added as a condiment at table)
